Some strong SE

Some strong SE meant another short week, so Sunday was the day.

After some slower fishing in deeper water, I thought Town Pt was worth a look, but after 4/5 stops for nothing much, we headed outside Motiti.

A couple more average stops and we were back around 80m where we got onto tarakihi, plus some nice snapper and golden snapper as well.

So, it ended up a pretty good day, good weather and conditions topped it off.

Still not too keen on the shallower water at present  though.

WHAT OUR FANTASTIC CLIENTS SAY

  • Good afternoon Brett,

Thanks for the memorable trip on Tuesday. This was a great experience once again and i have picked up some more tips which i can carry forward, your knowledge is extensive and you don\'t mind passing this on. Not only was the fishing great but i meet new people and have been lucky to share this experience with them. Even Kent the visitor from Australia enjoyed himself and the chilly bins were full of beautiful Terakihi which all the families have enjoyed eating.

I look forward to joining you again very soon on the boat on another trip.

    Thanks again till then. Theo

They had a great time and a special thanks to Brett for making the day so enjoyable for them!!! Jordan has not stopped talking about his day out fishing and has been proudly showing the photos of his day to everyone he comes into contact with!! They would love to go out again next year if we return to the BOP if Brett would have them on board again!!

    Regards,
    Lynne.
