Skippies and having dolphins checking us out on a regular basis

Similarly to last week, we’re still getting skippies and having dolphins checking us out on a regular basis. The fishing also has been quite consistent, with less current and subsequent good catches

Still plenty of unsettled weather, but mainly just rain, which is ok when it’s not bucketing down.

We got Friday and Saturday in as the predicted wind and rain didn’t show up until late Saturday so it was worth the punt on going. Just a grey day with a little bit of drizzle on the way home.

Not so lucky with the Sunday overnighter though as the front did show up eventually.

WHAT OUR FANTASTIC CLIENTS SAY

  • 5.1.2010

Well, we are all home from a wonderful day out. This is a thank you to all the crew from all of us.

The whanau had a memorable and happy day out on the sea. Everyone caught a fish, so no household went without.

Also, thank you for being so good to our kids - I hope they didn't get in your way too much. But they enjoyed their day and had their own thrills on the boat.

It was a good day - and when our families do this again we’ll definitely be back.

    THANK YOU AGAIN!!

Have an awesome and happy year.

    Kind Regards,

Brett, just a note to thank you and Wade for looking after us and helping with the filleting (well.... doing most of the fish).

Every one passes on thier thanks, and wishes you the best for the season.

  • Hi, Brett,

Just wanted to say, on behalf of the House of Travel Boys , a big thanks to you and your deckie for such a great time.  The boys loved every minute of it, oh, I guess, apart from the few chunderers the first nite.  I know we’ll certainly recommend your charters to others who are interested in a great day out.  The boys got 2 bags of fish each to take home, which was a bonus.

    Thanks again.

    Cheers

    Paul
