Our regulars capitalising on the good fishing in the cooler months

This is starting to feel like Groundhog Day, another week of mainly good weather, then a weekend of bad again.

The fishing remains good too, but the main recipients are mainly regulars who are aware that things are more cut and dried in the cooler months.

i.e. the good days are good, the bad ones are obviously a no go situation, which makes decisions for us easier.

Still good amounts of fish around, snapper, tarakihi, some nice trevally and legal kingfish among the many undersize. And, we’re also getting  skippies, a late revival for them.

Let’s hope this weekend breaks the cycle.

    Hi Daphne

Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thanks to Brett for the great day yesterday. Boys had a heap of fun, especially once over the touch of motion sickness, and were very thrilled to catch some fish. They are in the fridge for a feast tonight!

Hope to get back before too long and do it all again.

    Kind Regards
    Jo Davis
